Mais outre ses performances et le caract\u00e8re de sa m\u00e9canique, le SUV Triumph pr\u00e9sente bien d\u2019autres avantages pour aller faire de l\u2019ombre \u00e0 la concurrente Yamaha. M\u00eame si elle n\u2019est pas exempt de quelques imperfections, \u00e0 son guidon nous claironnons \u00ab\u00a0Sus \u00e0 la Tracer 7\u00a0\u00bb !<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Match midsize Yamaha vs Triumph round 2 ! Avec le roadster\u00a0Trident 660, Hinckley s\u2019est install\u00e9 sur le segment de la moyenne cylindr\u00e9e par le bas diront nous : d\u2019une gamme tr\u00e8s premium avec ses d\u00e9clinaisons de\u00a0Street Triple 765\/660, l\u2019Anglais s\u2019est en effet lanc\u00e9 sur le segment phare des japonais, celui du roadster accessible, m\u00eame pour les nouveaux permis, avec la\u00a0MT-07 en ligne de mire. Et \u00e7a a plut\u00f4t bien march\u00e9 si on observe les chiffres \u00e0 fin novembre, Triumph a \u00e9coul\u00e9\u00a0Trident 660 (c\u2019est le mod\u00e8le le plus diffus\u00e9 de la gamme), Yamaha\u00a0MT-07 sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Vous l\u2019aurez compris, sur le segment roadster il se vend encore trois 07 pour une 660, mais cela aurait pu \u00eatre diff\u00e9rent si l\u2019approvisionnement en Trident avait pu se faire dans une p\u00e9riode normale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>TRIUMPH TIGER SPORT 660 : LOOK \u2013 FABRICATION<\/h5>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-content\">\n<p>Depuis le jour o\u00f9 la Tiger Sport 660 est apparue sur la toile, il y a comme un consensus autour de sa plastique : tout le monde la trouve belle ! Et c\u2019est vrai qu\u2019elle op\u00e8re un certain sex-appeal lorsque l\u2019on se retrouve face \u00e0 elle, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette proue au design original, \u00e0 la fois sportive et distingu\u00e9e. M\u00eame si la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de votre serviteur va encore au look de la face avant de la Tracer 7, force est de reconnaitre le beau travail des designers. Elanc\u00e9e, la Triumph jouit \u00e9galement d\u2019une tr\u00e8s belle fabrication. Les assemblages sont pr\u00e9cis, les plastiques ne font pas \u00ab\u00a0cheap\u00a0\u00bb, comme la qualit\u00e9 de la peinture se reconnait au premier rayon de soleil. La nouvelle entr\u00e9e de gamme n\u2019est pas bas de gamme, c\u2019est une belle anglaise valorisante, made in Tha\u00eflande (assembl\u00e9e l\u00e0-bas. Le moteur est assembl\u00e9 en UK puis repart en Tha\u00efllande pour l\u2019asselblage final) . Equip\u00e9e des sacoches lat\u00e9rales (57 litres), dont le capot peut \u00eatre assorti \u00e0 la peinture, et du top case (47 litres), son look de mini Sport-GT est lui aussi tr\u00e8s all\u00e9chant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: right;\">TRIUMPH TIGER SPORT 660 : ERGONOMIE \u2013 CONFORT<\/h5>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Apr\u00e8s le style, ce chapitre r\u00e9v\u00e8le un autre point fort de la \u00ab\u00a0petite\u00a0\u00bb Tiger : on s\u2019y sent comme \u00e0 la maison ! La selle est \u00e0 834 cm du sol, ce qui ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l\u2019essayeur de 183 cm, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019elle est assez fine \u00e0 l\u2019entrejambes. Il dispose de parfaits appuis, contrairement aux pilotes de moins d\u20191,70 m qui devront peut-\u00eatre passer par l\u2019option \u00ab\u00a0selle basse\u00a0\u00bb du catalogue accessoires (- 25 mm). A bord, la selle est accueillante, plus large au niveau du fessier avec en plus la possibilit\u00e9 de se reculer et de disposer d\u2019une bon maintien du bas du dos. Comme elle est plus haute que la Trident, les suspensions prennent 30 mm de d\u00e9battement, du coup les jambes sont moins repli\u00e9es et le pilote attrape instinctivement le guidon rehauss\u00e9, avanc\u00e9 et \u00e9largi. On se tient buste droit, les bras ne sont m\u00eame pas tendus et les cuisses se logent facilement dans les flancs creus\u00e9s du r\u00e9servoir de 17,2 litres. Pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s par cette posture, nous le sommes tout autant par le moelleux de la selle et la souplesse des suspensions Showa. \u00ab\u00a0Well done\u00a0\u00bb disons-nous aux Anglais, cette Tiger de route est vraiment confortable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>TRIUMPH TIGER SPORT 660 : INSTRUMENTATION \u2013 COMMANDES<\/h5>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-content\">\n<p>Tr\u00e8s belle instrumentation que cet \u00e9cran scind\u00e9 en deux parties, avec un bloc\u00a0<strong>LCD<\/strong>\u00a0en haut et un autre<strong>\u00a0TFT<\/strong>\u00a0sur la partie du bas. Il est visible et lisible. Il poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de le connecter en\u00a0<strong>Bluetooth<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>via l\u2019application My Triumph<\/strong>, pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es au smartphone et jouir de la navigation virage par virage. La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019informations distill\u00e9e est pl\u00e9thorique : rapport engag\u00e9, jauges \u00e0 essence et temp\u00e9rature moteur, conso moyenne et instantan\u00e9e, autonomie, temps de roulage, date et heure, 2 trips, maintenance, mode de conduite\u2026seule la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure fait d\u00e9faut. Les \u00e9volutions sont ais\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au pad de commande dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 main gauche.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: right;\">TRIUMPH TIGER SPORT 660 : MOTEUR \u2013 TRANSMISSION<\/h5>\n<div class=\"wysiwyg-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Nous sommes heureux de retrouver le trois cylindres de 660 cm3 cal\u00e9 \u00e0 240\u00b0, ce moteur de 81 chevaux et 64 Nm de couple d\u00e9couvert sur la Trident l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Guidon en mains, il s\u2019appr\u00e9cie pour sa rondeur. Il est assez souple, on peut tranquillement rouler en ville vers les 2500 tr\/min, il n\u2019hoquette pas, mais si on veut commencer \u00e0 s\u2019amuser avec, l\u00e0 il va falloir se transporter au-del\u00e0 des 5500\/6000 tours pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une plage \u00e0 sensations d\u2019\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 3000 tours. Oui il vibre un peu, mais ces pulsations sont tout de m\u00eame bien filtr\u00e9es. C\u2019est lors des phases de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration ou sur de toutes petites fr\u00e9quences, vers 6000 tours, qu\u2019on les ressent au niveau des mains. La sonorit\u00e9 est sympa et on per\u00e7oit toujours ce petit grain, ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 rocailleux typique de ce genre d\u2019architecture, avec ce remplissage aussi int\u00e9ressant sur les bas que les mi r\u00e9gimes, et cette mont\u00e9e vraiment enthousiasmante.
